I do have many recommendations for you.
First, please never refer to yourself as an aspiring writer. Be a writer! It’s the advice I’ve given nearly 200 of the artists I’ve represented over the years. Aspiring to be something never gets you there. Be it first and then practice being it!
Second, Write a list of what inspires you the most and a list of what you know, and focus on writing about those from your heart.
Third, be vulnerable. Writing from your heart without concern of the judgment of others takes courage and delivers greater rewards than anything you may have yet imagined. You will get the feedback you need from the people who will matter the most to you in time.
Fourth, please always use Grammarly. It is a writer’s essential tool, especially if you write fast and often. It’s nice to have the help in spelling and grammar.
Fifth, FOLLOW AND COMMENT on blogs of writers who inspire you. They will interact and help when asked. (ps: Feel free to ask me anytime.)
Finally, have fun!
