I found myself reflecting on what motivates me and found that Pink has me pegged on many levels.
For most people who get up every day for school or work to get that diploma or paycheck, life is some carrot or stick paradigm that never fully pleases us. It’s awesome to see how you can transcend extrinsic motivation and internalize your success, which is what Pink really focuses on.
Life is better when you are motivated by autonomy, mastery, and purpose!
