“He is a wise man who does not grieve for the things he has not, but rejoices for those which he has.” By Epictus

If we consider that things we don’t have usually come from past regrets or future desires, we can se how these things are a focus on lack. The law of attraction teaches us to never focus on lack, unless you want to manifest more lacking. Lack comes with strong feelings, so it’s a powerful manifestation tool. Focus instead on the things you like the most in life and you will emit strong feelings about those, and manifest more of them. I’ve come to understand that it really is as direct and simple as it sounds. The challenge is only in having an unshakable belief in what you really want and believing that its already yours and will come when it is supposed to. Ok, maybe not so simple then. So, focus on happiness instead. Ask yourself what makes you happier, what you have or what you don’t have? Happiness is a guide to what’s. Good for you. Sadness or pain is a sign you have room to grow and can move towards it. It isn’t a primal need.

What do you have in your life that makes you happiest?
