Do you ever just have fun squinting at things around you? I do. It was a gorgeous day. The sun was shining through the leaves of the trees, which were gently blowing in the wind. The air was full of bees, dragonflies, mosquitoes, and flying beetles. Live was all around and delivering a cacophony of input for my senses. I spent what felt like a few hours staring up at the sky. When the sun cleared the trees and landed on me, I needed to squint. Before moving back into the relative shade, I took a shot.

While editing it, I imagined what I saw that day through my squinting eyes and played with the image to match it as much as possible. I feel I was looking at the auras of life.
