Pottery Tools:

Warning: If you are a guy, you will probably geek-out on all the gadgets available. Most of these things are used for marking and carving, so you can get crafty and find or make your own.

Some of my tools come from Pottery Supply House, or Sial. Some I made myself. Marking tools really come from your imagination and almost anything can be used. You can spend a small fortune for them or make them yourself. You can get loads of materials from the dollar store to make them.

You will eventually want to get some smoothing & burnishing stones. The dollar store has a lot of smooth rocks for dirt cheap!
