Building an Idea – A Specialty for Infants

If you can image it, the collage by itself felt very blank… I needed to add some ink and connect the components for it to feel right. I can’t say I planned a great narrative, but this is about how children perceive play.

Play is often judged as good or bad; it can be under the watchful and judgemental eye of some stodgy adult; it may feel like a good idea at times; it may seem out of reach and hard to achieve too. It usually sounds flowery and nice.

The specialty of infants, as I see it here, refers to the confusing feelings that interconnect when playing.
