Roots exposed, by erosion and time,
Hinting at worlds long buried beneath the earth,
An intricate web of life and struggle,
Exposed to the gentle light of day.
Fly Apollo, and dance upon these roots,
Cast your rays upon the surface,
Let your light flow through the twisted tendrils,
And illuminate the secrets of the earth.
Shadows fluid and shifting,
Creep across the rocks and stones,
Flowing the sun’s purpose across the sky,
Bringing life to the world below.
Roots, long hidden and forgotten,
Now look out, exposed and proud,
A testament to the strength of life,
Or the unstoppable march of time.
So let us imagine with the sun,
And marvel at the beauty of life,
As we watch the shadows flow and ebb,
And the roots ooze and transform.
