Near McGill’s ghetto, a wonder awaits,

The wonderful Redpath, a place that sedates,

The curious mind, the soul that thirsts,

For knowledge, history, and discovery firsts.

Here, fossils of creatures long extinct,

Preserved in stone, their bones interlinked,

Dinosaurs that roamed the earth,

Millions of years before our birth.

Amidst the museum’s halls, one can find,

The wonders of nature, artfully designed,

Gems and minerals, shining bright,

Whispering stories of earth’s long fight.

The museum’s charm lies not only in its display,

But also in the way it’s stood the test of time’s decay,

A building that’s seen a century and a half,

And still stands tall, a Montreal epitaph.

So come, dear visitor, step inside,

And lose yourself in the museum’s stride,

For the Redpath is more than just a trace,

It’s a time machine, a wonder of our place.
