I’m approaching this one very differently. I’ve been wanting to paint with a pallet knife, so that’s the first change. I also wanted to paint directly onto the canvas, without drawing first, so that’s the second change. The big change is that I will be painting very thick layers of paint, from the background forward… building the image upon solid colours.

Let’s see where this goes, shall we?
