Then, why not let your better self stay bright,
Before rude winter snatches all that shine?
Make some sweet legacy before the night
Turns your hot summer into useless wine.

The beauty in you shouldn’t f***ing fade,
Nor leave your face all hollow and used up;
For that’s the kind of loss no one can aid
When time tips over your once-full cup.

So, before age gets savage and goes hard,
Breed your own gold from what your body’s got;
Fill the future with a damn good card,
And beat the rot before it claims your lot.

That way, when you’re gone, you still won’t be
A ghost with no proof you were ever free.
