Music to hear, why the hell do you hear it sad?
Sweet sounds are meant to light you up, not wreck your mood.
Why does your soul get all moody when it should be glad,
Like some old playlist that keeps dragging you through the rude?

If each note had a mate, a second, a partner in crime,
They’d all be banging out harmony, smooth as hell,
And one alone would feel like a solo wasting time,
A lonely little glitch where a full-throttle life should dwell.

Look at yourself: you’re being called to make a pair,
A life joined to a life, not some half-baked, isolated pose.
One string by itself just hangs there in the air,
But two can resonate, and that’s how the whole thing goes.

So stop acting like being alone is some kind of win—
You were built for connection, not to fade out from within.
