Everybody says
you need a plan.

A five-year plan.
A backup plan.
A plan for your plan
in case your plan absolutely implodes.

But life?

Life laughs at the spreadsheet.

You can stand at the starting line
forever
waiting for the perfect moment,
the perfect sign,
the perfect version of yourself.

Spoiler:

they’re probably not coming.

So start messy.

Start scared.
Start late.
Start with half an idea
and a wildly unreasonable amount of hope.

Take the weird turn.

Miss the exit.

Follow the street
you’ve never noticed before.

Because maybe your life
was never supposed to be
a straight line.

Maybe it’s supposed to zigzag—
level up,
crash,
reroute,
glow up,
get lost,
begin again.

Maybe destiny isn’t some final boss
standing at the end of the game.

Maybe destiny
is what happens
while you’re busy becoming someone.

So go.

You don’t need the whole map.

You just need enough courage
for the next step.

Then another.

Then another.

And one day
you’ll look back

and realize

the detours
were the story.
