“8 Things to remember when going through tough times:  1. Everything can – and will – change. 2. You’ve overcome challenges before.  3. It’s a learning experience. 4. Not getting what you want can be a blessing. 5. Allow yourself to have some fun. 6. Being kind to yourself is the best medicine. 7. Other people’s negativity isn’t worth worrying about. 8. And there is always, always, always something to be thankful for.” From www.thelawofattraction.com

Ok, so this one of those quotes that I strongly recommend you print out and post up everywhere you live: house, office, car, phone wallpaper,  etc…

1 – Time moves forward and nothing ever remains exactly the same. It’s physically impossible to do so. Our chosen perceptions of time and change are the only things that can stay the same. Accept that change is everywhere and let go of the moment’s bad feelings.

2 – This new challenge may be scary and seem impossible because you currently lack the knowledge to overcome it. This is where you done it before, you’ve learned how to overcome other unknowns, so you can learn how to overcome this one. Give yourself a chance to do it.

3 – Whatever the results, it’s your choice how to react. That reaction is a learned response based on previously learned experiences.

4 – You got to embrace a little optimism here and remember that not everything we want on impulse is the best thing for us. Or, be realistic and remind yourself that if it was meant to be, it would be.

5 – I’m not sure how this plays in here, but it can’t hurt to have fun when you’re down.

6 – Give yourself a break, you are a work in progress, not a fully formed perfection. You’ll get there.

7 – Please shut out the doubts of others. They don’t have your dreams, nor do they have the exact experiences, thoughts, or perceptions about things as you. How could their fears help you get what you want, when they are only relating what they don’t want?

8 – Give yourself a gift, breathe and take a second to look for the silver lining. You’ll be thankful you did.

How to you deal with tough times?
