Really, print this out and plaster it all over the place! Each one is a great reminder of how to live a happier life. All I want to say here is that I recommend that you read each one, thank about a scenario where you do what is recommended, and then let yourself focus on the feelings that come from doing them. If anyone of them gives you a feeling opposite to what I suspect they will… see step 1.
