Mantras are very important in forming better habits for your wellbeing. These affirmations are like pure energy boosts to building self-worth. You got to believe in yourself more than anyone else does, or you will be gradually changing the minds of everyone around you to see you as worthless. Conversely, if you become the valued soul you truly are, the whole universe will see it too.
