From the start of this daily journey, I feel this message has had a strong recurrence. My survival habits are my reactions. They often feel bad and do not ever seem to move me forward. I need new habits. I need to make new choices on how I react. It’s time to thrive now, so I need to nurture the reactions, feelings, and perceptions that keep me moving forward, positively.
