Somewhere between fantasy and reality resides the characters one sees on the page. The narrator forgot his impossible necks and winding storylines for a moment (or two) and we see a glimpse of what things might look like behind the curtain of his imagination; himself, sort of. Slightly paler and more plain than his weird T’Hed-ness. Frozen in the moment of being about to continue the story… what will he say next?
