I think this is the basic form and my stock of old crayons is running low on vibrant choices… it feels like a deal of uncertainty was placed on the colour choices and the effect feel unspectacular to me. In retrospect, the colours were not the issue, it was the dollar-store crayons… they have their purposes, but I clearly didn’t put any force into these… it lacks a certain passion.

I’m thinking I need to experiment with pastels again and see how that might work…
