I’m not like those poets chasing some made-up aesthetic muse,
Who hype up a “perfect” beauty like it’s some legendary glow.
They drop dramatic lines, making everything look brand new,
Turning regular vibes into a fantasy show.

I’m not here to gas you up with fake compliments for clout,
Or make you sound like some angel from a fairytale feed.
I see the real you — no filter, no edits, no doubt,
And that’s exactly the kind of energy I need.

Let them keep posting their extra, over-the-top love stories,
Let them chase likes with their “perfect” couple content online.
I’m not falling for those recycled, copy-paste glories,
I’d rather keep it real with what’s actually mine.

So while they flex with words they don’t even truly know,
I speak from the heart — because real love doesn’t need a show.
