See T’Hed Fifteen for previous progressions…

As mentioned in the previous post, I wanted a more monochrome feel to it and was a little worried about what using black would do to the visibility of the lines of the drawing…

As it turns out, needn’t have worried, as the lines jump out… especially since I went over them a second time with the charcoal after using the pastels.

I liked the little splash of colour from the floating yellow shapes, but I’m not sure the red lips were the right choice… it draws too m much attention and needs to be muted down.

I really enjoyed the different face shapes and sizes placed in the forefront, not to indicate relative distances, but a diversity of figures.

I have to work on those lips… stay tuned…
