During a particularly boring day at work, I was assessing the value of the revenue I was making against all the other things I need to do right now. It dawned on me that I was killing myself with self-imposed frustration. I had time to get stuff done before e the Fall semester began again and was blissfully lost in teaching my students again. I was in-between moments and not at all feeling mindful, nor present. My belly/mind is full of ideas and I don’t feel I have the time to explore them all, so I need to get my To Do list out of the way to open the clear path of creative thinking. This is what I expressed with the situating off the bird, as well as the black-confusion on the mind.
