The fool is a wonderful character to play with… they are full of drama, intrigue, deceit, and secrets… all hiding under their humorous facade. They hold tremendous power, but never the opportunity to use it. Remarkably dispensable in all social situations. Perhaps feared as they are always present and seem to be listening when people are the most vulnerable. Their very existence is contradictory. They can never be black and white and must always be surrounded by the full range of emotional colours of human experience.
