I believe I’ve drawn this one before, maybe even a few times, but always with a different intention or meaning. This bird is intently moving forward towards its destination and the noise (music) of the world around it, won’t distract it from its course. I’m feeling this is a subconscious message to myself in the ongoing process of motivating my daughter to listen to and follow her heart. I keep sending her motivational messages, encourage her with every direction she seems to be excited by, and do my best to listen to her mind over my own when giving advice. With this drawing, I’m not sure if this is me pushing forward, or how I would love to see her pushing forward. The one thing I’m sure about, is I see this activity of pushing forward as a solitary one; the inner voice must do the pushing, no external force will make it happen.
