Maybe it isn’t only about gratitude… Maybe it is about acceptance too.

I don’t even know what I want to ask right now. I woke thanking the sun for shining through my window and that positive vibe remains around me. I wrote my morning journal and found that my ever-growing and changing list of To Dos brings me both joy and anxiety. I thought a bit about fear and daydreaming and felt the same mix of joy and anxiety. Almost all my thoughts now have both feelings of joy and anxiety. Then that beautiful and little inner voice whispered a wisdom nugget… Fear is a sign of change; when you choose to judge it as good or bad, you cause your anxiety. Release judgement and act upon the thought instead. Whatever the result, it will be a learning experience. This is a pivotal point for me. I know there’s a challenge in accepting this and I feel overcoming this point in mind is a big deal for me. There’s that knot in my chest again; I must be on the right track. Yay! Wow, I really do feel gratitude for challenges!
